Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 🇵🇸Ⲙσ🤫Տᴛ🥷🏽 top-up service operated by 4EVER AGENCY ("we", "us", "the seller"). By using this service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

4EVER AGENCY sells top-ups of diamonds (virtual currency) for the Party Star application. After a successful payment, the purchased diamonds are delivered to the Party Star account ID you provide at checkout. Use of diamonds is subject to Party Star's own terms.

2. Orders and delivery

You are responsible for entering the correct Party Star account ID. Staff verify payment manually before initiating delivery through our charging provider; no delivery time is guaranteed. If delivery fails for a reason on our side, we will review payment and provider records before any further action. Completed top-ups are not voluntarily refundable for a change of mind, subject to mandatory legal rights and our Refund Policy.

3. Payments

Pay using an available method shown for your order and submit proof of payment for staff review. Charging begins only after payment confirmation. No integrated payment gateway is currently connected. Applicable payment-provider rules and mandatory legal rights still apply.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud, spam, chargeback abuse, infringement of intellectual property, or interference with the security or operation of the service (including malware, probing, or scraping).

5. Intellectual property

The service, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by 4EVER AGENCY. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Party Star and its virtual items remain the property of their respective owner.

6. Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Delivery depends on third-party systems (the app operator and our charging provider) and may occasionally be delayed.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or refuse service in cases of material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.
