4EVER AGENCY is the data controller for the personal data collected through this service. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Order data: your Party Star account ID, the package you buy, the price, and the order status. • Contact and account data: your name, WhatsApp number, optional sign-in identity, saved account IDs, and messages you send us through support channels. • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and basic usage data needed to operate and secure the service. • Receipt images and payment details you submit for staff review. No integrated payment gateway is currently connected.

2. Why we use it

We use this data to fulfil your order (delivering diamonds to your account ID), provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service. The legal basis is performance of the contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and legal obligations where applicable.

3. Who we share it with

• Our charging provider (na-cardstore) — your account ID and package size, to deliver the diamonds. • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the service. • AI services through AI Gateway — receipt images and order amounts when staff use advisory receipt review; this does not confirm payment. • Authorities, where required by law.

4. Retention

We retain order records, support messages and receipt images as needed for fulfilment, accounting, tax, support and disputes. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Requests to access, correct or delete data are reviewed manually through support, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

5. Security

Receipt images are stored privately and accessed through temporary links. Your unique order link and order ID grant access to the order details, support conversation and receipt images without sign-in. Anyone you share them with can access that information; share only with trusted people. Do not submit passwords or complete card details in messages or receipts.

6. Your rights

Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to object to processing. 7. Cookies

We use only essential storage needed to run the service (for example, remembering your recent orders on your own device). We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
