Completed top-ups

🇵🇸Ⲙσ🤫Տᴛ🥷🏽 does not offer voluntary refunds or a 30-day money-back guarantee. Once delivered to the account you supplied, top-ups cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind, to the extent permitted by law.

Delayed or undelivered orders

These orders require manual review of payment and provider records to determine the appropriate resolution. Charging is not automatically repeated before previous execution is reconciled. Contact support on WhatsApp at +201000611432 with your order number.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not override mandatory legal rights, payment-provider obligations, or bank dispute rights. The app has no self-service refund action.
